It is important to us to ensure that our staff working in the spa stay healthy, as such we advise any clients experiencing Covid 19 symptoms or the flu to please stay away from the spa and book when you are feeling better.
- We wipe all touch surfaces on a strict schedule hourly twice and three times a day.
- We have Covid screening processes and request all clients to fill out Covid intake forms.
- We have clients that arrive on time at their appointment and stagger the treatment times to reduce gatherings.
- We have made adjustments to the seating, magazines and decor. We have minimized high touch or frequently touched zones and provide hand sanitizer for your safety.
- We have safety spots for safe waiting inside the spa.
- We have a person limit in the spa and advise against non-guests being seated in our waiting area
- We welcome the use of masks if you feel comfortable however staff using masks during treatments is optional and at the discretion of the staff member
- We have a comprehensive online booking, payment and notification system.
