Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment-this will allow you time to fill out a questionnaire that helps us to better serve you. In the event you are running late, and in consideration of other guests, we can offer you the time remaining on your treatment; but please understand we will need to work within the time that is remaining so as not to interfere with the next guest’s reservations.
Reservations are recommended and can be secured by Visa, MasterCard or gift certificate number. You may also come to us directly and prepay for your treatments.
Your treatment time is reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel your appointment,
24 hours notice is required so we may offer this time to someone else. Failure to do so will result in 100 % charge of service originally booked.
For groups of 6 or more 48 hours notice is needed to cancel the appointments.
Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a 100% charge
of the total price of the treatment initially reserved for you.
Come with a friend or more and request a side by side treatment room. Sit back, relax and allow our spa concierge to deliver hot beverages from our coffee bar while your group receive services.
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please walk and converse quietly while in the spa. In consideration of other guests, please have your cell phone turned off before entering the spa. We also recommend that you leave small children at home so you can fully enjoy your spa experience.
